Embark on a captivating Biofluorescence and Bat Detection Walk, where night transforms the natural world into a magical spectacle of light and sound. • Experience the wonders of nature as we uncover glowing creatures illuminated by UV light, revealing an invisible ecosystem. While most visitors see the reserve in shades of green and brown, we’re inviting you to witness it in a spectacular, neon "after-hours" light. • Use ultrasound bat detectors we would tune into the secret frequencies of night to discover the flying mammals around us and explore the fascinating behaviors of bats through ultrasound revealing their hidden communication. • While the reserve may seem silent after dusk, the air is actually alive with the high-frequency chatter of hunting mammals. Join us as we use specialised ultrasound bat detectors to bridge the gap between our world and theirs. Discover why bats are the unsung heroes of our ecosystem. Torches, protective glasses and bat detectors are provided.
